Individual Therapy

      We will approach our work together utilizing evidence-based techniques and orientations tailored to meet your needs, your goals and the place from which you begin this journey to wellness.  Frequency of sessions will be determined by the needs of the client although I generally see clients every other week. 

 

      In addition to talking and exploration, we may use Mindfulness techniques including Meditation and Guided Imagery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other more experiential approaches. If we determine that medication is needed, we will coordinate with your PCP or psychiatrist.
